How to order
1. Choose the desired product.
2. Add it to the shopping basket, change the quantity if you require more than 1 unit.
3. To add other accessories, click on the check box beside it.
4. To write your message, click on the link "Please click here to enter your message and other options."
5. Within this page, you can choose the the type of bottle, and paper.
You may enter your own personal message or if you are lost for words, use one of our messages.
The recipient's name may be used in some of the messages. We will not correct any spelling mistakes or accept any
messages deemed offensive.
6. After you have entered and submitted your message, click on the 'checkout' button at the top right corner of the main order screen.
7. If you have an account with us, enter your login and password to save you time entering your details again.
Alternatively, you can check out without an account, in that case click on the link 'Place Order Without Account'.
8. Once you are at the shipping page, enter recipient's name and address.
Enter also your billing name and address.
9. At the payment page, choose the payment method.
We use Paypal to process payments by credit card.
Payment methods
1. All transactions are in Australian currency.
2. You may pay by Mastercard, Visa, Paypal(which also accept credit card payments). It is not a requirement to sign up with Paypal.
3. Direct bank transfers.
Contact us via email for our bank details.
4. Payment by cheque or money order. Simply select the "Check" option when checking out.
If paying by cheque, the product/s will only be sent when the cheque is cleared.
Shipping and Freight
1. We use Australia Post. Orders are prepared and sent within the week. Please allow 1 to 3 weeks
to reach the recipient. Delivery is by Australia Post, therefore messagebottle.com.au
and its associated company cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the postal system.
Destinations outside Australia may take longer.
2. If you require an urgent delivery, please contact us. Additional delivery charges may apply.
3. Pick up from our Sydney office or authorised agents.
Returns
1. If the product is damaged when it reached the recipient, please contact us or send your item to the return address provided on the package.
2. Replacement product will only be shipped after the faulty item has been received by messagebottle.com.au.
3. If you are not happy with your product for any reason, messagebottle.com.au is happy to exchange it or provide you with a credit on your customer account, providing the product is returned to us in its original condition, undamaged and unopened, including the outer packaging. The customer will pay all postage and freight charges.
